Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
