Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Leominster, MA Overview:
Our facility in Leominster is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily living activities and deliver compassionate, hands-on care. This full-time role offers long-term career stability and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility Support nurses and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting patient comfort and dignity
Qualifications:
Active, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of CNA or related healthcare experience required Current BLS certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
