Hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Shifts may be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week depending on client needs. We work hard to provide consistent scheduling whenever possible. What You'll Do As a caregiver, you'll help our clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and respected in their own homes. Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance Mobility and transfer assistance Companionship and conversation Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Grocery shopping and errands Medication reminders Dementia and Alzheimer's support Hospice and long-term care support Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition Completing electronic care documentation What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Reliable and dependable Compassionate and patient Professional and respectful Comfortable working independently Good communicators Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation Able to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate with clients, families, and the care team and follow care instructions Requirements At least 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant training/certification HHA, CNA, or previous caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Able to speak and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position Ability to work in clients' homes CPR/First Aid preferred, but not required Dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, senior-care, or home-care experience is a plus!
