Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) Prime Home Health and Companion Care - 3.4 New Bedford, MA Job Details Part-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication In-home healthcare experience Patient interaction Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable HHA or CNA who is available to work Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional shifts may be available as they open up.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members Follow care plans and safety protocols diligently light house keeping
Requirements Requirements:
Valid HHA or CNA certification or license Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care instructions carefully
