An exciting opportunity is available for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care and support in a school setting. This full-time contract position involves working 32.5 hours per week, offering vital assistance to a Kindergarten student with significant medical needs who uses a wheelchair. The assignment is anticipated to last approximately 2 1/2 months, from September through November, with the potential for extension for the remainder of the school year. Candidates must bring a strong sense of responsibility, clinical proficiency, and a genuine commitment to supporting a young student in their educational environment.

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification is required. Experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant in pediatric or school settings is highly preferred. Ability to provide care for individuals with complex medical needs, including mobility and personal care assistance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, families, and school staff. Ability to adapt, remain calm, and make decisions in urgent or unexpected situations. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Schedule:
