As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working under the direction of the licensed staff charge nurse to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the licensed staff charge nurse Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain certification and improve skills
Requirements:
Must be a Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred but not required New grads welcome!
