Role:
Brave Heart Family Care Service's is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Springfield, MA. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families Document care activities accurately and in accordance with care plans
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist with patient transfers and light physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent patient-centered care CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
