Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for dedicated Live-In Caregivers to provide quality care and companionship to elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes throughout Massachusetts. Responsibilities may include:

Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Assistance with mobility and prescribed range-of-motion exercises Medication reminders and oversight Companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities Meal and snack preparation Grocery shopping and household errands Transportation to appointments and other activities Light housekeeping and homemaking Dementia and Alzheimer's care Hospice care Responding appropriately and promptly in emergency situations Supporting the client's overall comfort, safety, and well-being Live-In Schedule Live-In Caregivers remain in the client's home for the entire scheduled assignment. Assignments may range from 3 to 30 consecutive days , with the same schedule typically repeating each week. Each 24-hour period is generally divided into: 13 hours allotted for providing care 8 hours allotted for sleep 3 hours allotted for personal time and breaks Please note: You are expected to remain at the client's home throughout the scheduled 24-hour period, including sleep and personal-time hours. Eligibility and terms may apply. What We're Looking For Current HHA, or CNA certification Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good time management and organizational skills Commitment to following health and safety standards Ability to work independently and responsibly in a client's home
