Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Premier Healthcare at Harrington House, you will provide basic nursing care and assist residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will answer call lights, assist with ADLs, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Answer call lights and respond to resident needs Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and incontinence care Assist with meals and feeding Assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and wheelchair mobility Turn and reposition residents as needed Assist with short-distance ambulation within the facility Observe and report changes in resident's condition Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification (required upon start date) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Six months of CNA experience in long-term care preferred Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
