We are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. We have part-time, full-time, and per diem positions available. This position requires caregivers who are confident, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed. Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition. Support clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other age-related conditions while promoting dignity and independence.
Requirements:
Caregiving experience required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Active car insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Experience with redirection, safety monitoring, and behavioral support is preferred. Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to respect client privacy and maintain a professional presence in the home.
