Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Overnight Lead CNA to support residents in assisted living and memory care. In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, hygiene, and toileting, and monitor residents' comfort and safety during overnight hours. You will serve as the lead CNA on the shift, coordinating assignments, mentoring team members, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication with nurses. You'll follow care plans, support dementia care best practices, respond to emergencies, and partner with a compassionate, resident-first team to deliver high-quality, dignified care. Responsibilities Provide overnight personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Monitor residents' safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night Lead and coordinate CNA assignments during the overnight shift Support and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality of care Accurately document care provided and changes in residents' condition Follow individualized care plans and report concerns to nursing staff Assist with dementia and memory care using person-centered approaches Implement fall prevention, infection control, and safety protocols Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, following procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team at shift change Required Skills Resident personal care Vital signs monitoring Electronic health records (EHR) Infection control Medication assistance Fall prevention and safety Shift leadership and delegation Documentation and reporting Dementia and memory care techniques Emergency response (CPR/BLS)
