Director of NursingJob Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA plays an important role in providing quality care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
  • Take vital signs, record weights, and assist with treatments as directed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
  • Assist with new admissions, transfers, and room changes.
  • Maintain residents' privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Work Environment:

This position works in a healthcare setting providing direct resident care and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
