Rehab Aide - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks | Clinton, MD $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. This full-time position is a great opportunity to work alongside therapy professionals while helping support the daily needs of residents and the rehab department. What You'll Do Assist with preparing therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions Escort and transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces Help organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff Assist the rehabilitation team with general departmental tasks as needed Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff What We Offer $15.00/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive rehabilitation team Hands-on experience in a healthcare environment Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist with transporting residents and therapy equipment Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required If you're looking for a full-time opportunity to gain valuable experience while supporting residents and a collaborative rehabilitation team, we encourage you to apply.
