as an RN Team Lead in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily nursing operations, oversee patient care quality, and support a team of RNs and support staff. You will facilitate care planning, mentor and precept nurses, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Working within our patient-first, mission-driven culture, you'll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support process improvement, and help drive innovative, compassionate care across our regional health system. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily nursing unit operations and staffing Oversee delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care Serve as clinical resource and mentor for nurses and support staff Facilitate interdisciplinary care planning and patient rounds Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations Support onboarding, precepting, and performance feedback for team members Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient experience outcomes Escalate clinical and operational issues to management as appropriate Collaborate on process improvement and clinical initiatives Promote a patient-first, compassionate, and culturally competent environment Required Skills Clinical assessment and critical thinking Care planning and coordination Medication administration and IV therapy Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Nursing leadership and team supervision Patient and family education Quality and patient safety practices Evidence-based practice implementation Interdisciplinary collaboration Time management and prioritization
