Our Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing care to our patients and staff. It is a daily task to assist in patient care and operations. Our nursing assistants are passionate about helping others and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the patient's experience is smooth and speedy. Responsibilities Record a patient's medical history in accordance with the doctor's order Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. Observe a patients condition (lying, sitting, standing, walking, etc. )to identify symptoms and problems Monitor the patients blood stream and adjust medications according to the doctor's orders Assist ailing patients to help them stay comfortable under circumstances where it is necessary Skills Proven experience as nursing assistant or relevant position (preferred) Strong nursing skills (preferred) Excellent knowledge of hospital procedures and practices (preferred) Comfortable with computers Very good communication skills Reliable and trustworthy
