We are building our caregiver team and seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) interested in full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities . Our goal is to thoughtfully match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, location, care needs, and compatibility. What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary according to each client's individualized plan of care and may include: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene Provide incontinence care when needed Assist with walking, mobility, positioning and transfers Support fall-prevention and home-safety measures Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when appropriate Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's needs Provide medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted role Assist with errands, appointments and transportation when assigned Provide respite support for family caregivers Observe and promptly report changes in a client's condition, behavior or needs Complete accurate and timely caregiver notes and documentation Follow individualized plans of care and caregiver instructions Maintain client privacy, dignity, confidentiality and independence
Qualifications Required:
Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing At least 18 years of age Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to caregiving Dependable and punctual Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and caregiver instructions Reliable transportation to client homes Ability to complete required documentation Willingness to complete required background screening, credential verification, orientation and other pre-employment requirements A valid driver's license will be required for assignments involving client transportation.
Preferred:
Previous home care, senior care, assisted living, long-term care or related caregiving experience Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience Experience with personal care, transfers and mobility assistance CPR/First Aid certification Availability for longer shifts, evenings, overnights and/or weekends Schedule & Hours We welcome applicants seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible PRN schedules . Available hours depend on current client assignments, client needs, caregiver qualifications and caregiver availability. Caregivers with broader availability and willingness to accept longer shifts may have greater opportunities to build a consistent schedule and increase their weekly hours.

A specific number of weekly hours is not guaranteed. Full-time hours are dependent upon available client assignments and scheduling needs. Compensation $18.00-$20.00 per hour Starting pay within the range will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, availability, assignment requirements and other job-related factors.
