Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Measure and document vital signs. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Maintain accurate documentation of resident care. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow infection control and patient safety protocols. Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
Active Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred. Current BLS Certification (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. #HC2
