- many of our leaders started as caregivers What You'll Do As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide hands-on resident care under the supervision of the Resident Services Director in our Memory Care and/or Ensemble neighborhoods, helping create a warm, safe, and positive environment for our residents.
Greet residents and coworkers in a friendly, service-oriented manner Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care Maintain accurate resident service plans and document care provided Communicate daily with the care team to ensure continuity of care Help maintain a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors Support programming and day-to-day operations of the neighborhood Additional duties as assigned (full job description available) What You'll Need Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related health care experience Ability to pass a criminal background screening Willingness to complete dementia care training (for Ensemble Program communities) Ability to comply with our Drug-Free Workplace policy Allegro Living, LLC serves as the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, uniting decades of senior living expertise under one trusted name.
