Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records, as instructed. Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse.
Observes and reports residents' complaints, changes in mood/physical appearance while providing care and/or responding to resident call lights.
Performs residents'' individualized restorative nursing program, as orderedAssists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
QualificationsActive CNA License in MarylandActive and current CPR CertificationHS Diploma/equivalent and atleast 6 months equivalent combination of experience/training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, required for the position.
