In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to residents in an assisted living environments. Your energy and enthusiasm will help improve the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient and resident care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition, accurately documenting findings in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and using equipment like the Hoyer lift or catheter care supplies properly. Provide compassionate support to patients with vaieying needs. Qualifications Valid CNA certification or equivalent licensure required; we are willing to train and help support completion. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement techniques. Strong communication skills combined with a caring attitude to foster trust and comfort among patients and their families. Light housekeeping. Overnight and weekend work as needed. Pay:
