Job Description

### Overview This is a fulltime position must have open availability. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with various ADL's. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on the lives of others. ### Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with patient transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
  • Perform basic wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
  • Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document patient information in their chart.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care. ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • CPR and First Aide Certified medtech
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge and understand of patient needs to provide appropriate care
  • Familiarity with medical documentation processes and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
