Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA for our Memory Care neighborhood. In this role, you'll provide person-centered assistance with ADLs, dementia-informed support, and emotional reassurance to residents. You'll help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance while promoting dignity, safety, and engagement. Working closely with nurses and care teams, you'll observe and report changes, follow care plans, and participate in activities. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Support residents with dementia using person-centered, memory care best practices Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, mood, or behavior to nursing staff Assist with safe transfers, mobility support, and fall prevention Follow individualized care plans and document care provided as required Support and escort residents to meals, programs, and activities Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Practice infection control and standard safety procedures at all times Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing education to improve care quality Required Skills Patient care Dementia and memory care techniques Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) support Infection control Vital signs monitoring Safety and fall prevention Observation and reporting Basic documentation Resident transfer and mobility assistance CPR and basic first aid
