Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and mobility Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide medication reminders within the permitted scope of practice Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned Observe and report changes in a client's condition Complete required care notes accurately and promptly Follow each client's care plan and agency policies Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.50 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
