Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist residents and patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and personal hygiene. Provide skin care and other routine care as outlined in the individualized plan of care. Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, intake, and output as required. Promptly report changes in vital signs, measurements, condition, or behavior to the Supervisor or Charge Nurse. Follow Universal Precautions and all applicable infection-control and safety procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with unit standards and physician or nursing orders. Required Qualifications Must hold an active Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license . Minimum of 3 years of CNA experience . Experience in long-term care and/or skilled rehabilitation is strongly preferred.
