36 Hours per Week Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA / T-CNA) to join a skilled nursing and long-term care team for a night shift contract assignment. This role involves providing direct resident care, supporting nursing staff, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance. Measure and document vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly. Support resident comfort and safety through repositioning, transfers, and ambulation assistance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Respond promptly to resident call lights and care requests. Assist nursing staff with routine patient care and clinical support tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and patient care areas. Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times. Deliver compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and respect. Qualifications Active CNA or Temporary CNA (T-CNA) certification required. Current BLS/CPR certification preferred. Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred. Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
