Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract To Hire Step into a rewarding role providing vital speech-language pathology services within a vibrant school community near Belfast, ME. This contract to hire opportunity allows you to make a daily impact with students, supporting their communication growth throughout the school year. As an SLP, you'll work a 183-day school calendar, offering up to 8 hours of hands-on service each day to help students reach their fullest potential. Ideal candidates bring dedication, compassion, and a solid foundation in speech-language pathology, ready to deliver in-person therapy and collaborate closely with staff and families.
Desired Qualifications:
Must hold active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience supporting students in K-12 educational settings strongly preferred Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Commitment to evidence-based practices Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
Key Responsibilities:
