Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem (All Shifts) Durgin Pines is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We are an 81-bed senior living facility that offers long term care and skilled rehab.   • CNA Responsibilities As a Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This role is essential to maintaining patient comfort, safety, and dignity in a supportive healthcare environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care following established care plans and facility protocols
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor and document vital signs
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care team members Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
  • Knowledge of basic life support (BLS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or behavioral health settings is a plus
