40 hours/week Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs Provide compassionate care and support to residents Monitor and report changes in resident condition Document care provided accurately Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks Maintain a safe and respectful environment Requirements Active CNA certification required Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide quality resident-centered care
