Respond promptly to call lights, resident needs, and changes in condition; report observations to licensed nursing staff. Support residents' independence and dignity, while ensuring safety and comfort Maintain accurate and timely documentation and in accordance with facility procedures Follow infection control, safety, and universal precaution guidelines at all times. Experience:

High School Graduate/GED Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the certification board or is a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment; name entered into state nurse aide registry.
