This Role:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care
  • Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime
  • Help (residents or participants) enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving
  • Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks
  • Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care
  • Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support
  • Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes
  • Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
