Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview is hiring a Resident Assistant to participate in our paid CNA Training Program . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , building caregiving experience and starting a long-term career in healthcare. As a Resident Assistant, you'll support older adults in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while completing a two-week CNA training course paid for by Wellspring. After successfully completing the class and passing the Michigan CNA licensing exam, you'll transition into a full-time CNA position with increased pay and ongoing career growth opportunities. Qualifications:
