```html We are seeking a full-time CNA with Home Hospice experience to join the team at University Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes, visiting approximately five houses each day. This position offers a structured 9 AM to 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hospice care to patients in their homes. Visit approximately five patients daily, ensuring comfort and dignity. Coordinate patient care and effectively communicate with the healthcare team. Accurately document patient information and report changes in condition. Travel between patient homes efficiently and safely. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with proven Home Hospice experience. Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
