Northern Homecare Home Health Aide/CNA - Full-Time & Part-Time Northern Homecare Bringing quality, compassionate care directly to the homes of Northwest/West Michigan. Quick Facts Position Home Health Aide/CNA Employment Type Full-Time and Part-Time available Setting Home Health - Field-Based Compensation $18-$21/hour, based on experience Service Areas Ludington, Baldwin, Hart, and Manistee, MI Mileage Reimbursement Provided for travel between patient visits About the Role Northern Homecare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you'll provide essential personal care and support to patients in their own homes across Ludington, Baldwin, Hart, and Manistee. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who wants flexible scheduling and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients in a home-based setting. Responsibilities Patient Care Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed Documentation & Communication Complete accurate, timely visit documentation in accordance with agency standards Communicate effectively with supervising nurses and the interdisciplinary care team Travel & Scheduling Travel to patient homes within the designated service area Maintain a reliable schedule that accommodates patient care needs Required Qualifications Current, active CNA certification in the state of Michigan Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in home health or a home-based care setting Strong communication and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits $18-$21/hour, based on experience Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits Full-time and part-time scheduling options available Supportive clinical team and ongoing training opportunities Why Join Northern Homecare? $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 19.0 - 40.0 per week
