We are currently hiring CNAs for the following positions (MUST have a Michigan CNA license): 1st Shift Part-Time 1st Shift Full-Time We do not have any casual openings at this time Join our esteemed team at King's Daughters Home, where we proudly uphold over 50 years of tradition in providing high-quality care. As a nonprofit, private-pay assisted living and nursing facility, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant, supportive environment that allows our residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Position Overview:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents. Your compassionate approach, patience, and understanding—especially toward residents with dementia—are key to helping us create a nurturing community. Orientation involves comprehensive training across all three shifts, typically requiring 2 to 3 days per shift. Upon completion of orientation, you will be assigned to a designated shift. You will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts on any schedule that interests you.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CNA license in the state of Michigan
  • Excellent communication skills with co-workers, residents, and families
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance with good attendance and punctuality
