As a Home Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) providing in-home care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home- Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Maintain Comfort & Care
- Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping. Support Mealtime
- Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving
- Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks
- Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care
- Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support
