Nursing Assistant Certified Schedules Per Two-Week Pay Period:
Positions available in skilled and short-term rehab units Include working every other weekend and every other holiday Midnight Shift 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Part-time, 48 hours)
Pay Range:
$21.24 - $27.62 per hour (based on experience), this includes the direct care worker incentive Sign on Bonus of $2,000 for positions working 48+ hours per two-week pay period and $1,000 for 16 - 47 hours per two week pay period!

The Difference You'll Make Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition Assist residents with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.) Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity, comfort, and independence Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Promote a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Education Required:
Successful testing and completion of a State-approved Nurse Assistant Training program Current certification in good standing through the Michigan Nursing Assistant Registry is required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to carry out assignments independently and accurately Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism Sensitivity to resident needs, preferences, and abilities Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents Rewards That Support You Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period)
