Pay Range:
$16
  • 18 per hour , based on experience and case needs Flexible schedules and weekly pay About the Role Centria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
You'll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs. ✅ Responsibilities Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls Provide basic personal care , including hygiene, toileting, and dressing Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed Prepare light snacks or drinks upon request Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort Document and report changes in client condition promptly Respond to emergencies following proper procedures Perform duties as outlined in the patient's plan of care Monitor client's physical and mental condition , intake/output, and exercise Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy care environment Follow professional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements Qualifications
CNA, HHA
, or equivalent experience in home care preferred Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs Comfortable working in a private home setting Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow all care protocols Ability to address minor medical concerns as they arise ✅ Documentation Requirements To be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following: Valid Driver's License Current CPR Certification Clear Background Check Negative TB Test Results Proof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy) We're looking for caregivers who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
