Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. This role is critical in providing high-quality care to Residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidates will have genuine compassion for assisting and making a difference in the lives of our residents. The ability to work as a team is a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Licensed Nurses with patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support patients with mobility issues, including lifting and transferring patients as needed.
  • Provide medical documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Skills:
  • Experience working in a long
  • term care setting
  • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
  • Understanding of medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to be observant & pay attention to detail.
