Responsibilities Provide direct care and support, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Monitor and document vital signs and conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR system to maintain accurate records. Assist members with medications according to care plan and RN direction. Assist in the implementation of care plans for members with various needs, including those with physical limitations and memory care requirements. Maintain a safe and clean environment for members at all times.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.50 per hour
