Instead of reporting to the same building every shift, you'll travel into the community and provide care where many people are most comfortable: Their own home. Take Your Caregiving Skills Into the Community Home care offers a different kind of workday. You'll travel independently between clients, step into different home environments, and help people continue living safely and independently. Some clients may need help with personal care and daily routines. Others may need bathing assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, or companionship. 00 per bathing/shower visit Part-Time opportunities Weekend opportunities available Independent, field-based work Variety throughout your workday One-on-one client interaction Scheduling team that works to cluster clients geographically whenever possible Support from an established Minnesota healthcare organization What You'll Do Depending on the client and assignment, you'll: Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility and transfer assistance Help with meal preparation and daily routines Provide companionship and conversation Assist with light household tasks related to client care Encourage independence Observe changes and communicate concerns Complete required documentation Help clients remain safe and comfortable at home Already a Caregiver? Your Experience Transfers. We're especially interested in people who have worked as: Home Health Aides (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Resident Assistants (RA) Nursing Assistants Assisted Living or Memory Care Caregivers Home Care Professionals CNA certification is welcomed but not required. You'll need at least one year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients , reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, and the ability to travel between client homes. Because this is a field-based position, you'll also need to be comfortable working independently and traveling to assignments in multiple areas within our service territory .
