Caregiver / CNA — PM Shift Woodcrest Assisted Living | Alexandria, MN Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? Woodcrest Assisted Living is looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the PM shift !

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and well-nourished Monitor and document resident health and behaviors Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion activities Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

CNA certification Or caregivers with experience welcome to apply Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude Reliable, punctual, and a team player Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care a plus Must be able to pass a background check
