Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will help residents with daily living activities and support them in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life in a homelike setting. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and oral hygiene Support mobility needs, including ambulation, repositioning, and transfers using assistive devices Assist during mealtimes: serving, feeding, and monitoring intake as needed Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Promote resident independence while ensuring safety and comfort Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and equipment Respond promptly and kindly to call lights and resident needs Provide emotional support and companionship in daily interactions Protect resident rights and uphold privacy, dignity, and respect Participate in ongoing training and required in-services Qualifications Current CNA certification preferred Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively Compassionate, reliable, and respectful toward residents and coworkers Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
