There Isn't Just One Way to Work Here Depending on your availability, opportunities may include: $20.00-$22.00/hour traditional caregiving assignments. $32.00-$34.00 per bathing/shower visit. Our scheduling team works to cluster clients geographically whenever possible , while caregivers open to working in a variety of areas may have access to additional hours. Already Have a Job? Tell us what your availability looks like. What You'll Do Depending on the client and assignment, you'll: Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting . Provide mobility and transfer assistance. Help with meal preparation and daily routines. Provide companionship and conversation. Assist with light household tasks related to client care. Encourage independence whenever possible. Observe changes and communicate concerns. Complete required documentation. Help clients remain safe and comfortable at home . Don't Overlook the Bathing Visits Not every caregiving opportunity requires a traditional multi-hour shift. Our dedicated bathing and shower visits pay $32.00-$34.00 per visit and can be a great way to add work around your existing schedule. Complete shorter visits between other commitments or combine them with longer caregiving assignments. You don't need an eight-hour opening in your day to make your caregiving experience valuable. Bring the Experience You Already Have We're especially interested in candidates with experience as: Home Health Aides (HHA). Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Resident Assistants (RA). Nursing Assistants. Assisted Living or Memory Care Caregivers. Home Care Professionals. CNA certification is welcomed but not required. You'll need: At least one year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients . Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. Ability to travel between client homes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
