Pay Range:

$20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)

Potential Shift Hours:

Monday

• Friday hours may fluctuate throughout the week from 2pm
• 8pm and 4:30pm
• 9:00pm

BrightStar CNA Job Responsibilities:

Drive to Client Homes Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting). Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision. Report Client Condition Changes Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.

BrightStar CNA Qualifications:

Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings . A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) Clean Driving Record (Feel free to ask if you are eligible) Willingness to Drive Client Must be at least 18 yrs. or older Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience Able to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post) Empathy for the needs of the client A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude Apply today and get working within 2 weeks !
