Maybe you have:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Every other weekend. One open day each week. A few hours before another job. Several days each month when you'd like to pick up extra work. We can't guarantee that every availability window will match an open client need, but that's the advantage of home care. Different clients need different schedules. Rather than asking you to leave your current job, we'd rather understand where the openings in your schedule are and see what may fit. One Client at a Time Depending on the assignment, you'll: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene . Provide mobility and transfer assistance. Support meal preparation and daily routines. Provide companionship and conversation. Assist with light household tasks related to client care. Encourage independence and safety. Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns. Follow individualized care plans. Complete required documentation. Don't Overlook the Bathing Visits Our dedicated bathing and shower visits pay $32.00-$34.00 per visit . These shorter assignments can be especially useful if you're trying to build additional work around another position. Complete bathing visits between other commitments or combine them with traditional hourly caregiving assignments. Not every open spot in your schedule needs to be eight hours long. We're Looking for Experienced Caregivers We're especially interested in candidates currently or previously working as: Home Health Aides (HHA). Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Resident Assistants (RA). Nursing Assistants. Assisted Living Caregivers. Memory Care Caregivers. Home Care Professionals. CNA certification is welcomed but not required . You'll need: At least one year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients . Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. Ability to travel between client homes. Strong communication and dependability. Ability to work independently.
