Northwoods Memory Care Suites is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants/CNAs. This position is ideal for high school seniors, college students, pre-nursing students, and those pursuing a career in healthcare who are looking to gain meaningful hands-on experience in a clinical setting. As a family-owned memory care community, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable caregiving skills, build relationships with residents, and gain experience that will serve as a strong foundation for future healthcare careers.

Schedule Evening shifts:

3:00 PM or 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM Minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week Every other weekend required Flexible scheduling to accommodate school and extracurricular commitments Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal service and hydration Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity Observe and report changes in resident condition Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members Qualifications CNA certification preferred but not required Must be at least 16 years of age Must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English Interest in healthcare, nursing, medicine, therapy, social work, or related fields Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Northwoods Memory Care Suites is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
