Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Lakefield is looking for awesome caregivers to come be part of a small team with big hearts. All positions require every other weekend & holiday. We offer shift differential of $1.75 for evening and $2.00 for overnights, Scholarships, Health/Dental, 401k, and PTO.

Full and Part time positions available on All Shifts, Days, Evenings, and NOC's Job Description The position provides quality, direct resident care in all activities of daily living including; dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, walking and positioning. The Nursing Assistant provides individualized physical, psychological and social support to residents while maintaining dignity and achieving their optimal level of functioning. The Nursing Assistant interacts with family, visitors and other health care providers while implementing the plan of care for residents. Qualifications Must have MN CNA Licence or Must successfully complete the course and competency test and get on the Minnesota Registry within four (4) months from the date of hire. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to take written and verbal instruction from supervisors. Must be able to communicate with residents visitors and staff.
