Job Description

Contract CNA (Skilled Nursing) in Littlefork, Minnesota for 13 weeks. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, allowing you to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff promptly. Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing and morale.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota required. CPR certification required. First Aid certification required. Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience required. Prior experience working with elderly residents required. Experience with vital sign monitoring required. Ability to lift and support residents required. Strong communication and compassionate skills required. Adaptability to shift schedules required.
