About us 1 on 1 Comprehensive Healthcare Solution LLC is an assisted living facility in Maple Grove, MN, Fridley, Bloomington, and St. Micheal area. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Provide excellent healthcare.

- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Perform catheter care and assist with toileting needs
- Assist with wound care and dressing changes
- Administer basic life support measures as needed
- Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nurse in charge
Requirements:
- some Nursing Assistant or similar experience
- Experience working in a hospital, nursing home, or home care setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Please note that this job may require exposure to various medical procedures and conditions.
