Hours 6:45 AM-3:00 PM 32 Hour Weeks Every Third Weekend Every Other Holiday Duties Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene to promote comfort and dignity Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, documenting changes accurately in electronic health records (EHR systems) Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper handling and adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans involving complex medical needs such as infection control, catheter care, and post-acute recovery Maintain thorough medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards including aseptic technique and HIPAA guidelines Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required.
